Do you offer Shipping Protection?

Yes, we do! Shipping protection is an optional add-on available during checkout. You’ll see the option appear in your cart before you proceed to checkout, and it will also be listed in your order summary before you complete your purchase.

As we mention on our website, adding shipping protection provides an expedited replacement or store credit for any damages, losses, or theft for eligible orders.

Shipping Protection does not cover the following:

  • Orderslost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Orders that are still in transit and not yet marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product usability.
  • Orders that have already been replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. Proof of loss, theft, or damage may be required (e.g., photos, courier confirmation). Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit, at Breeze Balm’s discretion. Claims may take 3-5 business days to process.
